You Mama are not meant to hold all things in your life on your shoulders. Give the things that keep you up at night, bring the things that make you worry and anxious to the Lord. As his word says he will sustain you. He will give you relief as your guide.

Day after day we spend time with others doing things in this life that make it easy to compare ourselves to others. Especially, when seeing others highlight reels through our social media lens. As moms, we can easily get distracted by the patterns of the world and lose sight of our kingdom calling. The best way to stop the distraction is being engaged in the Word of God. So we can have discernment of what is good pleasing and in the perfect will of God.

#2. Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2.

You might be struggling a ton. In these moments it can be helpful to serve others. In the mist of focusing on our own pain(which you still should address), it can be helpful to love one another as part of your healing.

I can still remember when we brought our baby home from the hospital for the first time. Oh how nervous I was to take care of the baby all alone once my husband returned to work. I was so fearful of that day. I can honestly say I prayed the prayer from help from the Lord for every moment. Even as I learned to change his diaper, breastfeed, rest, and learn how to function in a new role as, mom. God did not let me down and he wont let you down either. He is out helper and the strength you need to get through the night.
